Luckily, you don’t have to look too hard to find instances where your data extractors entered different information. SRDR+ automatically highlights questions in green each time the data entered for a given field do not match.
Note that the system will automatically highlight a difference any time two pieces of text for a given field do not match. For example, “United States” and “U.S.” will be highlighted as a difference.
All you have to do is navigate through the highlighted sections and enter the correct answer in the column titled “Consolidated Extraction.”
When you’re done, you’ll have one consistent file of data for this study. It will be saved separately as a “Consolidated Extraction” in the “List of Extractions” in your project.
